Easy Exporter is an order export tool designed specifically for Etsy sellers. It allows you to export Etsy orders into XLSX files compatible with ERP and logistics platforms, helping sellers efficiently manage and process order data.

In addition to finished product orders, Easy Exporter also supports exporting customized product orders, significantly improving efficiency and service quality for personalized sellers.

Bulk Order Export

1. Go to the Etsy admin order page, filter the orders you want to export, and click the Easy Exporter extension shortcut.

2. The extension panel will appear on the left. Click Log in.

3. Before your first export, set up the export template by choosing an ERP or logistics template. Once saved, it will be used as the default template.

4. Return to the order list, select the orders you want to export (you can filter by order date), and click Export to download order details.

Bulk Tracking Number Upload

1. On the Etsy order page, select the completed orders that require tracking number updates.

2. In the popup window, click Bulk Tracking Number Upload.

3. Download the template file, fill in the verified order numbers and tracking numbers, and save the file.

Note: Carrier information is optional. The system will automatically match the carrier based on the tracking number.

4. Upload the completed template file and click Confirm Upload.

5. The system will automatically update the tracking information based on the uploaded data.
