EHunt Refund Policy

As a SaaS provider, all products and services provided by EHunt and its business divisions are intangible and non-revocable. Therefore, once an order is completed, refunds will not be issued unless the refund conditions are met. Please read the following terms carefully before making a payment.

Declaration
  • We strongly recommend that you fully understand the features and functions of our products and services before purchasing to avoid refund situations.
  • By ordering our products and services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this refund policy.
  • If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please contact us with your feedback and suggestions.
Refund requests are only accepted under the following conditions:
  • Abnormal payment caused by system errors of our product.
  • The order is the first order of the account and the request is submitted within 24 hours after the first payment.

Please Note:

  1. The first order refers to the first payment made using a registered account and does not include renewals or upgrades.
  2. Please provide a sufficient and detailed reason when submitting a refund request.
  3. Refund requests due to insufficient usage or dissatisfaction with the product will not be accepted.

Handling Fee:

  • Payments are processed via Stripe, and approximately 5% payment processing fee is charged for each transaction.
  • If the refund is not due to platform responsibility, we reserve the right to deduct the 5% processing fee from the refund amount.
Subscription Terms
  • After agreeing to this agreement and completing payment, the subscription will be successfully activated.
  • Unless auto-renewal is cancelled in advance, your subscription will automatically renew monthly.
  • You authorize us to store your payment method for automatic renewal charges.

Trial Terms

  • The Pro plan includes a 3-day trial period.
  • After the trial ends, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
  • Cancelling during the trial does not result in a refund.
  • Each account can only use the trial once.
  • Using multiple accounts for repeated trials is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation Terms

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. After cancellation, the current plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

We will not refund fees already paid due to termination of this policy or user cancellation if refund conditions are not met.
