Yes, we offer a free trial. You can register an account for free with your email to enjoy the trial.
We only support Alipay and credit card payments.
Whether you want to upgrade from Free to Basic or from Basic to Pro. It can be achieved by making up the price difference. The old subscription will be cancelled and the new subscription will take effect.
You cannot directly downgrade your plan. But you can cancel your current subscription first. After the current plan expires, resubscribe to a new plan.
If the above plans cannot meet your needs and you need a customized plan or customized service, please contact us through online customer service or email (etsyhunt@hotmail.com) to customize your plan or service.
You can find your order on the Account > Invoices page and download your invoice. We do not support modifying your invoice information for the time being.
Yes, EHunt will automatically renew your subscription for you at each billing cycle.
You cannot directly change the credit card. But you can cancel your subscription first and then resubscribe with another credit card after the subscription expires.
You can cancel your subscription on the "Profile" >"My Account" > "Plan" page. After cancellation, you will not be charged.
We only accept refund applications that meet the following conditions:
● Abnormal payment due to a system error of our product;
● The order for which the refund application is made is the first order of this account, and the application must be made by contacting online customer service within 24 hours after the first payment.
Please note:
● The first order refers to the first payment you make with your registered account, excluding renewals, plan upgrades or repurchases;
● When you submit a refund application, please provide us with sufficient and thorough reasons for the refund at the same time;
● We do not accept refund applications made by you due to insufficient use of products and services or dissatisfaction with products.
